Basu’s article on August 30, 2012 was about Paul Ryan, accusing him of being a liar.
Even if it is an opinion article, I’m afraid that using the word “liar” might be a little strong. Basu describes Ryan as “[…] youthful, self-assured, inspired — and prone to lying.” This is an automatic clue that it’s possible some of the facts may be a bit skewed.
The Republican party has been accused of lying, specifically this year, but does that mean Ryan lies?
